Askingfriend is the solo project of reclusive introvert Kat Torrie, who has been making up songs for most of her life. Through decades of wrestling with rock-bottom self-esteem, music remained a lifeline. In 2018, compelled to reach out in kind to other sensitive souls, Kat taught herself music production and began embracing her neurodivergent creativity.
